Zena Spiers | Trauma-informed coach and consultant
Dedicated support for individual recovery from domestic, narcissistic, and sexual abuse, and strategic consultancy for workplace safety.
I know what it takes to rebuild because I have been exactly where you are. As a victim-survivor of non-fatal strangulation, domestic abuse and narcissistic abuse, I lived through the isolation, the confusion, and the daunting process of piecing myself back together. Through my own journey, I quickly recognised a painful reality: increasingly underfunded domestic abuse services mean far too many people are left to navigate through these experiences and the aftermath alone.
I decided to use my voice where it was needed most. I started speaking openly within my corporate career at a global financial institution, using that platform to shatter the silence around the long-term impacts of abuse. What began as a personal disclosure grew into a movement. I pioneered the organisation’s Violence Against Women and Girls strategy, formed a dedicated team of volunteer victim-survivors, and created a monthly safe-space café for women navigating domestic abuse, stalking, harassment, and sexual assault.
For this work, I have been short-listed for and won multiple industry awards. More importantly, I have provided hands-on, 1-1 support to countless individuals, helping them rebuild their confidence, safely navigate the complex system of leaving an abuser. I have organised events across c.60,000 employees with leading charities and individuals in the VAWG sector including Safe Lives, Tender, Laura Bates and Power for Women. I am also currently working with Safe Lives on critical research and I am a Trustee at Fife Women's Aid.
Now, I am bringing that exact dedication, lived experience, and strategic framework directly to you.
