• Trauma-Informed Product & Customer Design: Leading strategic initiatives within the financial sector to ensure customer product offerings and support frameworks are deeply trauma- and survivor-informed.

• Survivor-Centric Safe-Spaces and Feedback Loops: Designing and establishing recurring safe-space forums for survivors, fostering community while embedding support frameworks and capturing continuous feedback to improve organisational safety policies.

• Leading a team of victim-survivors to create an award winning women's safety strategy: (including domestic abuse, stalking, harassment and sexual abuse) Designing events, partnering with key stakeholders including SafeLives, Tender, Laura Bates and others to deliver impactful sessions, creating new initiatives to support victim-survivors including 'safe lockers', and running awareness campaigns.

• Training Audits & Content Modernisation: Reviewing, recommending, and auditing internal training programmes to ensure they are accurately representative of lived experience and trauma-informed principles.

• Leadership Advisory & Coaching: Providing expert guidance, coaching, and mentoring to executives, line managers, and HR teams on navigating complex domestic abuse and safety disclosures safely.
